By accessing or using Jobsinfo.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Whether you participate as a Student, Job Seeker, Employer, Business, or Expert Mentor, please review these guidelines carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Mission

Welcome to Jobsinfo.pro ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our integrated professional ecosystem designed to connect Students, Job Seekers, Employers, MSME Businesses, Experts, and Educational Institutions through real-time learning, career development, and business support.

By creating an account, registering for projects, participating in HR interviews, or utilizing our Business Clinic services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. User Ecosystem Roles & Responsibilities

Jobsinfo.pro operates on a multi-stakeholder model. Responsibilities are tailored according to your specific registration portal:

Student & Job Seeker

Must provide true academic details, maintain authenticity in live interviews, deliver assigned project milestones, and adhere to community guidelines during field engagements.

Employer & HR Partner

Must post verified job opportunities, adhere to fair recruitment practices, respect candidate privacy, and refrain from charging job seekers any processing or placement fees.

Business & MSME Clinic

Engages through Business Navigator to receive research, strategy, and operational project support delivered by student teams under expert supervision.

Expert & Mentor

Provides guidance, masterclass sessions, project evaluation, and business diagnostic support with high professional integrity.

3. 100% Free Policy for Job Seekers

Zero Candidate Fees Guaranteed: Jobsinfo.pro is strictly 100% Free for Job Seekers and Students. We never charge registration fees, interview fees, or job placement charges.
  • No agent, associate, or employee is authorized to collect money from job seekers for interviews or job offers.
  • Report any fraudulent demands for fees immediately to support@jobsinfo.pro.
  • Employer introductory offers and premium recruitment features are governed by separate commercial agreements with business entities.

4. Smart HR Interview & Live Recording System

To guarantee fairness, candidate authenticity, and process transparency, Jobsinfo.pro utilizes a Smart HR Interview System conducted by designated Student HR Associates and HR Professionals.

Live Video & Location Capture: Interviews may capture live photos, timestamps, and GPS location to verify physical presence and candidate authenticity.

Automated Scoring: Evaluation scores across Personal/Attitude, Technical/Qualification, and Professional Responsibility sections are logged into candidate summaries for employer matching.

Consent: By undergoing a Smart HR Interview, you consent to live audio/video recording and verification telemetry for evaluation and recruitment matching purposes.

5. Real-Time Projects & "Learn • Do • Earn" Program

The platform enables students to work on real-time field projects across domains such as Preventive Healthcare, EduQuiz, Green Awareness, Business Navigator, IT/Digital Economy, and HR Surveys.

RemunerationStipends or performance-based payouts depend entirely on project terms, verified field deliverables, and completion quality.
RelationshipParticipation in real-time projects constitutes an experiential learning assignment, not a contract of employment with Jobsinfo.pro.
CertificationProject Certificates and Digital Portfolios are awarded only upon verified completion of assigned tasks and mentor sign-off.

6. CV Repository & Privacy Controls

We protect candidate privacy through strict multi-tier disclosure controls in our Candidate Profile Repository:

Public / Initial View

Only basic details (Qualification, Age, Experience, and General Area) are visible to browsing employers. Full contact info is hidden.

Full Profile Access

Granted to verified employers only after shortlisting, candidate request submission, and administrator verification.

7. Employment Disclaimers & Limitations

Important Notice: Registration on Jobsinfo.pro, participation in HR interviews, or completion of real-time projects does NOT guarantee employment or job placement. Final recruitment decisions rest solely with independent employers.

Jobsinfo.pro acts as an ecosystem bridge connecting talent with opportunities. We are not responsible for employer workplace policies, salary negotiations, or hiring outcomes.

8. Acceptable Conduct & Termination

Users agree not to engage in any prohibited behaviors, including but not limited to:

  • Submitting fraudulent academic credentials, fake experience letters, or impersonating another candidate.
  • Posting non-existent job vacancies or attempting to extract unauthorized fees from job seekers.
  • Scraping candidate profiles, bulk-harvesting data, or bypassing platform security controls.

Violations will lead to immediate account suspension, project removal, and legal reporting where applicable.

9. Governing Law & Support Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
